Teacher of the Month Nomination

If the nomination is made by a principal, please make sure that the information provided is specific to the relationship between the teacher and the child/student. Teachers should not be nominated for overall general classroom performance. The selection of the Teacher of the Month shall be the responsibility of Dream Teachers alone. The selection committee of Dream Teachers will give priority to teacher nominations made by students and parents.
